    Directions

    1. Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat, stir in contents of curry paste and herb pouches and sauté 1 minute.

    2. Add 1 to 2 cups of vegetables and protein of your choice then sauté 5 minutes

    3. Add 3 cups of water or 1 can (400 mL) of Cha's Organics Light Coconut Milk with 1½ cup of water and simmer 10 minutes or until all ingredients are well cooked. 

    4. Season to taste with salt and lime juice then serve with a garnish of fresh cilantro or Thai basil.

     

    Soup Paste: water, organic coconut oil, organic lemongrass, organic shallot, organic chili pepper, salt, organic coconut vinegar, organic Thai lime leaf, organic coconut sugar, organic galangal.

    Dried Herbs: organic Thai basil, organic lemongrass, organic Thai Lime leaf, organic galangal, organic chili pepper.
