How to use
Step 1: Rise and drain 1 cup of organic heirloom pearl rice
Step 2: Add 2 1/2 cups of water and a pinch of salt
Step 3: Bring to a boil over medium-high heat
Step 4: Stir, cover and reduce to low heat
Step 5: Simmer 20 minutes until water is absorbed
Step 6: Let stand covered for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork
