    Ingredients

    Curry Paste: water, organic green chili pepper, organic lemongrass, organic shallot, organic galangal, organic garlic, salt, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut oil, organic coconut vinegar, organic turmeric, organic Thai lime leaf, organic black pepper.

    Dried Herbs: organic Thai basil, organic lemongrass, organic Thai Lime leaf, organic galangal, organic chili pepper

    How to use

    1. Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat, stir in contents of curry paste and herb pouches and sauté 1 minute.

    2. Add 2 to 3 cups of vegetables and protein of your choice then sauté 5 minutes

    3. Add 1 can (400 mL) of Cha's Organics Premium Coconut Milk with ½ cup of water and simmer 10 minutes or until all ingredients are well cooked. 

    4. Season to taste with salt and your choice of sweetener then serve over rice and garnish with lime and fresh Thai basil.

      Sulphite Free Thai Experience

      "As someone who has had really bad sulphite reactions to a variety of Thai curry pastes, I was excited to try Cha's and also support a Canadian business! 4 stars instead of 5 for our first attempt as after dinner I was recycling the box and the herb mix fell out - so we didn't get to enjoy the herbs in our curry and it was still very spicy and flavourful. Tomorrow we are trying the red curry kit and you can be sure that both the paste and the herb packet will make it into the pot this time! Well done Cha's - I had just about given up on Thai food due to the sulphites until we found you."
