"I just made one of your recipes (Pulled Jackfruit Chili) for dinner tonight and I was really impressed with the texture. I am sure if I made this for a meat eater they would not know they weren't eating meat. I love how jackfruit takes on the flavour of the spices you are cooking with as it doesn't really have any flavour of its own. I look forward to trying more recipes using jackfruit. Thanks!"
