Golden Gingerbread Shake

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can coconut cream, frozen into ice cubes
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp turmeric latte instant mix
- 2 tsp molasses
- ½ tsp ground true cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ can of coconut whipping cream, chilled overnight
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
DIRECTIONS:
- In a high-speed blender, blend frozen coconut cream cubes with light coconut milk, turmeric latte instant mix, molasses, true cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth and creamy then set aside.
- Scoop chilled coconut whipping cream into a large bowl then whip one minute using an electric beater. Add icing sugar and continue to whip on high until light and fluffy.
- Divide the golden gingerbread shake between two 12 oz glasses and top with dollops of freshly whipped coconut cream and a dusting of ground turmeric.
