Golden Gingerbread Shake

Serves 2


  1. In a high-speed blender, blend frozen coconut cream cubes with light coconut milk, turmeric latte instant mix, molasses, true cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth and creamy then set aside.
  2. Scoop chilled coconut whipping cream into a large bowl then whip one minute using an electric beater. Add icing sugar and continue to whip on high until light and fluffy.
  3. Divide the golden gingerbread shake between two 12 oz glasses and top with dollops of freshly whipped coconut cream and a dusting of ground turmeric.
