Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

Serves 1-2
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup premium coconut milk
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1¼ tsp ground turmeric
- ¾ tsp ground true cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- Choice of sweetener, to taste (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk with cashew milk.
- Add spices to milk blend and simmer 10 min, stirring frequently.
- Sweeten if desired and blend well.
- Serve with a dash of foamed cashew milk and a sprinkle of true cinnamon.
