Minty Moringa Patties

Makes 12 patties
INGREDIENTS:
Cream filling
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup deodorized coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup coconut butter
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp moringa leaf powder
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
Chocolate coating
- ¼ cup raw cacao butter, melted
- ¼ cup deodorized coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao paste
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
DIRECTIONS:
For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. In case they are too hard, warm them in a saucepan and let cool until they become solid but not hardened.
Cream filling
- Combine all ingredients except coconut butter & blend well.
- Incorporate coconut butter & blend well.
- Quickly pour into small circular silicone molds.
- Set in freezer until hardened, around 20 minutes.
Chocolate coating
- Combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Dip the hardened cream filling in the chocolate coating and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Set in freezer until chocolate coating is hardened, around 20 minutes.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
