Non-Dairy Cheddar Style Sauce

- 2 cans coconut whipping cream
- ¼ cup deodorized coconut oil
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp tapioca starch
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp miso paste
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sea salt
- In a medium saucepan melt coconut whipping cream and coconut oil, stirring occasionally with a whisk.
- Transfer to a high-speed blender, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
