Peachy Coconog

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ¼ cups almond or soy milk
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ¾ cups raw cashews, soaked
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 Tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 ripe peach, diced
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground
- 1/2 tsp true cinnamon, ground
- ¼ tsp cloves, freshly ground
- Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- In a high-speed blender, blend ingredients together until smooth.
- Serve in glasses or mugs and garnish each glass with a dash of nutmeg and a true cinnamon quill.
